During 2011, Wolff completed the development of a 144-unit, Class-A, 100% market-rate apartment community in Richland, Washington. The 7-acre site is located close to the Columbia River Trail System, Route 240 and the Columbia Center retail area. Despite challenging weather conditions, the development was completed on-time and under-budget and the community is currently stabilized.
