Wolff Competes its Development of Pine Valley Ranch Apartments

SCOTTSDALE, June 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ – The Wolff Company announced today that it has completed the construction of Pine Valley Ranch Apartments, a 256-unit apartment community located in Spokane, Washington.

Pine Valley Ranch Apartments consists of 11 buildings and a total of 253,422 rentable square feet. Currently, nearly 50% of the units are occupied and almost 75% of the units have signed leases. The Wolff Company originally purchased the land in July of 2009.
